Addiction is vicious, leaving nothing but wreckage in it's wake.

The thing that feels familiar and comforting in the moment ultimately does more and more harm over the years. Or maybe addiction entered your life when it took hostage someone you care about deeply and you are at a loss as to how to help.

Together we will dig into the roots of the addiction while creating a practical plan to achieve sobriety or to support your loved one without enabling.

Whatever stage you're in—getting sober, early recovery, or loving someone with an addiction in a healthy way—I want to help you find that hope again; to know that recovery IS possible.

Growing old is not for sissies!  Loss and change come with aging and they can be real downers.
I am in that “high risk” group myself and have many years of experience as a caregiver and as a
social worker.

Caregiving can be and is very stressful. Typical life stress is often compounded by moves, health issues, death, unexpected responsibilities and finances.  Each of us has tools within ourselves and resources at our disposal which I will help you to recognize and put into
practice.

You can have more control over the events and feelings in your life. Together we can
find ways to make each day the “best day possible”, whether you are finding life events
overwhelming, recognizing your mortality or searching for meaning and purpose.

Highs, lows, twists and turns, we experience the rollercoaster of emotions of life. Do you feel like you’re riding along with your toddler, child or teenager, holding your breath for the next drop, or

clenching tight for patience? Maybe you and your child feel like your bodies are full of chaos, high emotions and a loss of control. Not only do you want to stop the ride but you’re ready to give up rides altogether!

My name is Celeste Inman and I help kids, teens and their families manage BIG emotions. By incorporating play therapy with younger children, activities for older ones or just talking with your teenager, I help your child feel, understand and manage their emotions in healthy ways. In addition to working with your child, I provide direction and support to you as the parent; you are

not alone on this ride. Whether identifying and addressing the root cause of their emotions or learning new skills to manage them, I would like to help you and your child embrace and eventually enjoy the rollercoaster ride of life.

Brittany Christiansen, MA, LPC

This life is full of challenges. You have tried everything to figure things out on your own. From struggling with loving yourself, to trying to figure out who you are, to figuring out how to communicate your emotions in healthy ways. Further, you may have a teenager that you can’t seem to figure out how to help them or a little one that has big feelings and isn’t expressing them in a healthy way. You ask yourself, “How do I do this?” I am here for you. I see life as a journey, and oftentimes we need someone to help us navigate our story when we feel ill-equipped to do it alone. I want to partner with you to build trust and walk alongside you in this chapter of your journey. I believe that faith can be a huge component of identity and growth, and would love to integrate that into your sessions at your comfort level.  I believe we are all capable of change and growth, and oftentimes we need someone to help us to achieve our personal goals.

Are you living as if you are on autopilot? The feeling of disconnection has taken a toll on your relationships and your career appears stagnant. Your attempts at resolving these feelings have not been productive, leading to feeling defeated, tired and lost. Your search leads you only to temporary moments of happiness which continues to perpetuate the growing feelings of disappointment with life. You think, “I get by... life is ok, my relationship is ok.” Do I just live like this or is my life meant for more?

My name is Annie Viers and I help teens, adults and couples move from “getting by” to re-engaging in life. I have enjoyed 20+ years walking beside clients to find insight, skill-based solutions and/or heart-based healing. Together, we identify the barriers to living a fuller life and identify the steps in YOUR journey to living with intention.

What does your morning routine look like? Wake up, shower, engage in an imaginary argument with your partner, sibling, friend, teacher, coworker, or any significance in your life? You find yourself storing emotional and mental ammunition ready to go to war. When you finally cross paths with that person you either

1) let it all out and explode, leaving the relationship in

shambles with seemingly irreparable damage, or

2) hold it all in and implode, allowing yourself to drift away from a meaningful relationship and lose an important person in your life.

As your counselor, I will help you acknowledge the emotional and mental ammunition you carry. I will help you process past personal wars and their aftermath, navigate current battles

that are causing relational issues, and fortify you with resiliency when faced with challenges in the future. I will teach you how to share your emotional and mental ammunition as tools for growth rather than as weapons of relational destruction. Let me help you on your journey to connect in a happy and healthy way.

Are you unhappy with a relationship in your life- whether romantic partner, friend,

or family member? You feel as though you are communicating very clearly, yet you are still speaking different languages. You try different things to fix it; talking more, giving each other space, or maybe saying, “we need to work this out now”, but that seems to push them further away. All of your attempts have led to feeling lost, disconnected and frustrated. You wonder how you can continue this way; the increase of sadness, worry and stress is affecting the other areas in your life. You’re tired of it.

My name is Shannon Porter and I am here to help facilitate conversations that allow

you to feel heard, validated, and connected. On our journey together, we will evaluate different patterns in the relationship and enhance  communication skills for more fulfillment. We will also explore how to find deep meaningful connections between you and your partner, friend or family member. I cultivate a safe space to explore nuances of your relationship to ultimately help you unlock the strengths and answers you already have within you.

Can I tell you a secret about grief counseling? It's not really about grief.

Relationships | Routines | Communication | Feelings- of all kinds | That weird feeling of being suspended in space and time | Sympathy casseroles | Laughing | Crying | Trauma | Stigma | Work & School | Memories | Dates | More (Really, so much more!)

So...then what? What do you say?

What do you do? How do you do

grief?

I've got you. Share a space and some

words with me. It's a pretty topsy-turvy

hell you're in. But you can survive this, and you're not alone.

Your child is struggling and you have tried everything to support them. You have read books,
researched crazy things online, and asked your friends, family, and even their teachers for
advice. Nothing seems to help, yet you refuse to give up finding a solution for your child.

My name is Lindsey Jackson and I am here to hold the hope for you and your child. As a former
educator and middle/high school counselor, I have had numerous experiences supporting children, teens, and their families. They all faced their own unique challenges, whether
academically, emotionally, or mentally. Allow me to be your guide in supporting your child or
teen with their struggles so they can have a chance to be more successful in all aspects of their
life. If you are determined to bring your family more harmony and peace again, I am eager to
help.
