The Education & Experience you WANT in a Supervisor
In 2004 Celeste graduated with her Masters degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas. While there, she began her focus in Play Therapy and had the privilege and pleasure to study under and work with internationally renowned Dr. Gary Landreth.
From this time Celeste has been specializing in Play Therapy and supervising others since 2011, wanting to help build the knowledge and use of Play Therapy.
Requirements to obtain the Registered Play Therapy Credential
35 hours of supervision from an RPT-S
350 direct hours of play therapy under the supervision of an RPT
150 hours of play therapy specific instruction.
Ability to participate in virtual as well as on-site supervision and supervisee activities as scheduled
