When you zoom out and look at your life, are you where you want to be?

Are you stuck in a rut feeling lonely, disconnected or unfulfilled?

Relationships feel hard and you know something isn't working, but old habits are hard to break and you can't quite put your finger on the problem. The quick fixes you reach for aren't working any longer and you are ready to make some real change.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate who works with children and teens ages 9 and up, adults, couples and families. Whether it is a relational issue, childhood or current trauma, anxiety or issues of lost identity, I show up with my clients in a compassionate and empathetic manner, asking thoughtful questions and gently helping untangle, process and heal from the hurt and confusion of past and present relationships, even when the relationship is with yourself.

Our early childhood experiences and relationships have lasting impact on how we show up in our life in the here and now. So whether you are a peacemaker, people pleaser, conflict avoider, instigator or anything in between, I would be honored to sit in whatever space you find yourself and with a collaborative and authentic approach walk through life's challenges with you. Lasting change is possible, but sometimes we need someone to help us identify those old patterns and subconscious responses and help us change "the dance" we don't even realize we are doing and have done for many years. Help is available if only you take the first step.
