Tristan Roberts
Graduate Student Intern
Life can be difficult, and each of us experiences it in our own unique way. Our minds are complex, and while that can be a beautiful thing, it can also leave us feeling confused, overwhelmed, or isolated at times.
My name is Tristan Roberts, and I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student intern. I have a genuine curiosity about people’s lives, but more importantly, I approach every individual with compassion, empathy, and respect.
My approach to counseling is centered on creating a space where you feel truly heard, understood, and free from judgment. I believe healing begins through authentic human connection, when trust is built and you feel safe enough to be yourself. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, hopelessness, a lack of purpose, or simply trying to make sense of life’s challenges, I would be honored to walk alongside you through that process.
I strive to build meaningful relationships with my clients and help them gain insight, confidence, and a healthier outlook on life. You do not have to navigate life’s difficulties alone.
