This life is full of challenges, difficult seasons, and opportunities for growth.
Have you tried everything you can to figure things out on your own?
Maybe your child is experiencing big emotions that feel overwhelming, or your teenager is facing challenges that you’re not sure how to help with.
Perhaps you find yourself asking, “How do I do this?”
Whether you’re struggling to love yourself, discovering who you are, or learning how to express yourself in healthy ways, I am here for you. I see life as a journey- and sometimes we all need someone to walk alongside us when we feel uncertain, unprepared, or ill-equipped to do it alone. I want to partner with you to build trust and walk alongside you in this chapter of your story. For younger children,
I often use play therapy to help them express their feelings and experiences in ways that feel natural and safe. Faith can be an important aspect of identity and growth, and I would be honored to integrate that into our sessions at a level that feels right to you. I believe that every person is capable of change and growth, and sometimes we just need someone to guide and support us to achieve our goals. Anxiety, overwhelm, and stress don’t have to rule your life. Together, we can work to help you feel more grounded, confident, and equipped to navigate your path forward.
