Londyn White
Graduate Student Intern
Hello, I am Londyn White, a graduate student at Liberty University pursuing a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’ve always been passionate about helping others, and this path allows me to combine that passion with the knowledge, skills, and education needed to truly make a difference in people’s lives.
My desire to become a counselor stems from a deep belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported—no matter their background, experiences, or current challenges. I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space where my clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and goals.
As I continue my education and training, I would like to focus on children, teens, and adults who I can walk alongside in their healing, self-discovery, life-transitions, and mental health struggles. If you were to search online for help, you might be typing things like:
“Why do I feel so anxious all the time?”
“How do I stop overthinking everything?”
“Why do I feel lost or unmotivated?”
“How can I build my confidence?”
“How do I deal with my parents/friends/partner?”.
In our work together, I focus on getting to know you — not just your struggles, but also your strengths and what matters most to you. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing you down and find practical ways to help you cope, grow, and move forward. I believe that healing happens through connection, honesty, and feeling truly seen for who you are. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and empowering — I’m not here to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you discover new ways to understand yourself and create the kind of life you want to live.
