MA, LPC-Associate

You are doing the best with what you have to support yourself, your family, and your child, but you may often feel overwhelmed, confused, and exhausted as you navigate parenting a child who experiences big emotions, anxiety about going to school, low self-esteem, or depression.

I want to work together with you and your family by actively listening to both you and your child, ensuring that you both feel validated and understood. I will create a safe space where you and your child can openly communicate, process and manage strong emotions, learn coping skills, achieve goals, and build self-confidence. I use both talk therapy and play therapy to meet you and your child where you are, allowing you to express yourselves in the most effective way possible.

I encourage you to have faith that, even in times of struggle, you can find growth and purpose.
