Madison Karasek, MA, LPC-Associate
Do you find yourself struggling to put one foot in front of the other, not knowing which direction to go?

Do you find yourself putting on a brave face when dealing with particularly stressful or anxious days?
Are you or a loved one struggling with life transitions and changes; leaving room for changes in emotions, behavior, and mental health?

I take a holistic, individualized, and collaborative approach to treatment, making sure every unique need is met – because we're all different and require different things! I take the time to really listen, fully support, and provide a safe space to explore life’s challenges and ways we can positively move forward.

Whether working with children, teens, emerging adults, or adults, it is important to remember that we are always adapting to what life throws at us. Sometimes, we just need a little more help with those challenges. Giving ourselves space to explore our thoughts and actions can feel really hard, and that is why I am here to help!

“It is only when we take chances, when our lives improve.
The initial and the most difficult risk that we need to take is to become honest.
