Ennessie Martinez
Graduate Student Intern
As I sit here and think about you, my future client, I can only wonder to know who you are?
What’s your story? How did life treat you? What are your aspirations in life? Oftentimes, our experiences make up most of who we are and how we identify the world. Maybe your life experiences haven’t been the greatest and hope is nowhere to be found. Or maybe you just need a trusted person and a safe space to talk through some heavy burdens.
Well you found the right place and it would be an honor to collaborate with you.
Hi my name is Ennessie Martinez, and I am currently a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Graduate Student Intern. I am supervised by Celeste Inman during my time at The Vine. I believe that each individual is unique in their own way and therefore, I take a holistic, integrative, and individualized approach to treatment. My goal is to provide evidence-based practices to help overcome any feelings of inferiority, inadequacy, and to establishing a strong therapeutic alliance between counselor and client.
Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, it’s a great reminder to remember that life is forever changing and we are continuously learning to adapt to those changes. Therefore, sometimes we need help in life’s transitions, circumstances, and predicaments.
